make all search functions to use a scope

scope would be a new argument of search function in ltb-ldap project: https://github.com/ltb-project/ltb-ldap/issues/22

To use it, we must:

• add new parameter $ldap_scope in default config file
• update documentation
• update most of functions search to use the new parameter $ldap_scope
