It would be awesome to integrate Florence-2 as a BBOX Detector

I like this idea, but Florence so far seems to have issues with accurate SEGS. https://huggingface.co/microsoft/Florence-2-large/discussions/10

We need a finetune or update of Florence to make this worth it I think!
