Can the bridge preview image be modified? #727

Can this bridge preview image change its input port to be optional instead of required? Because sometimes the bridge preview image is reloaded, causing the steps to be repeated. Can you add a trigger button to it? When not triggered, the currently cached image is used. Use the image of the input when triggered Really need a node that can store the bridge image and use it independently, so that I can close the completed group node.

I also think so ,most of times ,we can not pre-sure the shape or the position of the mask, so the generation progress running again and again ,even the option 'Block' been set into 'IF_EMPTY_MASK'.

I plan to develop a separate node like Cache Bridge in the Inspire Pack instead of built-in feature of Preview Bridge.
