'Load prompt from file' doesn't recognize prompt file changes #156

If I load a prompt from the file, then change the file , then press 'Queue Prompt' the prompt would not be updated. I would have to first select another file, queue it, cancel it, then select the prompt file again, then it would be loaded correctly.

This is updated. You can see reload widget on the node.
