Cannot activate EDIT mode #25

When I drag a component onto the canvas I do not see the Edit or Load prompt and the component immediately loads in execution mode.

I can confirm that Require confirmation when clearing workflow is checked and i've tried unchecking and rechecking it.

Found the separate checkbox for this feature. Thanks!
