diff OBF from Gastil's mac mini to OBF from BLE #86

Have pg11 now at UCSB, on Gastil's new mac mini.

  1. install from git OBF35 of circa Oct 10 onto pg11 on Gastil's mac mini.
  2. pg_dump from mac mini
  3. diff these two OBFs. Should be identical

Other than when BLE upgrades to pg12, nope.
