The source of news tickers has a field for FullStoryLink, which only values thus far are:
EEB Seminars NULL | Konza LTER Website Grassland Symposium REU Program EEB Seminars "http://www.k-state.edu/bsanderc/eeb/"> EEB Seminars
it is a lot of trouble to migrate these things...need to parse the URL and title to get it right, and strip the possible strong html tag. yuk.
