The error No migration found with machine name PieTaxonomyCoreAreasVocabulary stopped this research site migration in its tracks the moment it bumped into a source node with a core area term attached to it.
Solution : There is no overriden core area taxonomy migration, instead, i edited the parent migration source VID to 3. Hence, reference should be to DeimsTaxonomyCoreAreas migration. Fix in class.
