Add analyte summary statistics #22

Add statistics tab to Data Summary page. Provide analyte mean, stdev, min, max by site.

Immediate thoughts: 1) It would be great if this worked with the data filter. (...bigger concept, it would be great if nearly all of the app functionality could be used with the front page data filter...)

2) How to bin the data? By site, location name...others?

3) Can we add functionality to deal with levels? Perhaps user options to bin by level, treatment type?
