added file upload to homogeniztion_QC updated README with homogeniztion_QC instructions script to ignore txt files in GD suppressWarnings from drive_ls function (note that I would prefer not to suppress these warnings so remove this supression if drive_ls is updated such that it no longer references deprecated libraries)
