Identify a pool of individuals who will serve as science mentors for group projects and speakers as well as suggest project ideas

[ ] Draft description of mentor duties
[ ] Draft call for project ideas
[ ] Create mechanism for submitting project ideas
[ ] Create mechanism for ensuring the project mentors are committed
[ ] Reach out to potential speakers
[ ] Reach out to current and past synthesis groups
