This is misleading, and in many cases also incorrect (e.g. see all the module headers in the documentation http://ltfat.org/doc/fourier/ ).
The copyright should refer to the last year when a person actually did something with the code. P. Sondergaard did not do anything with the Fourier module in 2023.
Find a way to make everyone happy that also aligns with current law.
