Hi! Currently there is a way to manually add a reminder to one of your calendars by clicking the air date in the episode details. Normally, I watch in batches, so I couldn't care less when every new episode comes out, except for when the last episode of the season airs. So I tend to only add the air date of the last episode to my Reminders calendar. Does that help?
Hi, thanks for your fast response! ok I see. I would imagine a quick notfication when a new episode is scheduled or screened, because I watch some shows which are irregularly on TV. This would make it the perfect app :)
Sorry, I'm not going to implement this personally. If there's a pull request, I'll consider it.
But this is how I think about it: I don't want this app to be intrusive in any way. If you want to see a show, you should have the time for it and it should be your choice, in which case you can open the app yourself. You shouldn't be pulled towards a TV because some app tells you to. Our lives are already bombarded with useless stuff all the time.

ok, I understand your reasons, maybe an opt-in function would solve the issue. However, thank you for this great app, it is much appreciated.
Let's first see how this TheTVDB debacle develops.
Hi everyone,
just switched to fdroid apps. So far I love this app, I just wonder if there is the option to get an notification / alarm if a new episode is screened. I didn*t find anything in the options or with quick google search.
Best regards
