It's not easy or quick to try and move all that over to your other sheet unfortunately, but if it's just newsletter signups that need to go in the other sheet, then it's maybe doable.
Just to make sure I understand what the need is. Do you have newsletter signups that are coming from other sources that are added to the sheet you shared? And you'd just like to get the newsletter signups from the web added in there too?

This is the sheet that I work off, and then we manually add them to the email systems. I just wanted to see if the website ones could be added here (potentially with a tag) that indicated they came from web signups (not necessary), that would just be a bonus point. Even if the web signups were in a different color text or something, if that would be easier. If not, no worries.
If the web email newsletter signups could go here, that would be ideal. If not, please remind me where these all currently live so we can get them in there.
