Detect addresses on other way-objects than buildings #13

Currently, we detect addresses on way-object only if they are closed and tagged with "building=".

Is there a need to detect addresses on way objects even if they are not closed or not buildings?

yes, it is. There are some amenities covering an area, perhaps containing some buildings, or not. kindergarten, hotels, schools comes in mind.
