Report name=... matching for more than one other tag #77

The tag name=... is used in many combinations, e.g. it goes together with place=... or highway=....

If an object has name=... and more than one other tag which requires name=... this may be an indication of erroneous tagging.

Such tags are:

place=...
highway=...
amenity=...
... (to be amended)

Maybe this should not be handled in osmi-addresses but in another tool...
