Required Skills
Will have end to end experience with User-Centered / User Experience Design
· Can develop/implement designs and prototypes for projects using Pegasystems platform
· Can implement branding requirements through the application and manipulation of Pega Skin
· Can develop comprehensive UI wireframes with Pega tools, if needed.
· Can apply modern and cutting-edge user interface design principles
· Have UI Development skills and proficient with front-end UI technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and responsive web design
· Have proficiency with industry standard tools such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, Figma, etc.
· Are passionate advocate for UX design best practices
· Have the ability for strong collaboration and communication skills
· Have experience working cross-functionally on multiple projects with multiple teams
Required Skills
· 5+ years of direct experience in a user experience design role.
· Experience with designing Pega applications
· Having Pega Systems Architect Certification will be a plus.
· Extensive understanding of overall UX process and software development methodologies.
· Experience / proficiency with tools like Pega, Mural, Axure, Sketch, Invision, Figma and alike.
· Understanding of Web Accessibility will be considered a plus.
· Has organizational skills to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
· Deeply empathetic and passionate about understanding the target audience.
· Is an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and an intense focus on achieving results.
· Collaborates and builds trust with design, product, and tech partners.
· Proactively seeks out partnerships.
