FSG America PM to lead and oversee DYNAMIC brand department

FSG America is a world-leading OEM and ODM sublimation sports uniform manufacturer. Operates two manufacturing facilities between China and Mexico and hires 700 employees. In 2022, FSG sold more than one million pieces of sublimated team uniforms through our private-label dealers between the United States and Canada.

In Dec 2022, FSG acquired a 30-year North American sports uniform brand https://www.dynamicteamsports.com/. As a result, we own both DYNAMIC and DYNAMIC TEAM SPORTS brands. It’s our new strategy to sell premium sports uniforms to compete with NIKE and UA in the school and league market in filling the massive demand for the premium level. So, we need to build a new department for this project. I have listed the details below.

Thoughts

 -The current Dynamic catalogue is old. Need to revamp to house stock product  

Questions: -Salary -Ownership and purview -Team structure -Reporting structure -How do FSG & Dynamic differ? -What is your plan - produce in current factories? -Custom + premade uniforms? Keep stock and custom ala nike -Tell me more about the vision for the new brand

CONS -These guys need someone to come in and tell them what to do -No clear strategy -Frank was very reserved, didn't speak much
