Add a confirmation for cancelling leases #171

Request from the community:

Is there a possibility that the devs will implement a popup when you press the cancel lease link. I was checking my lease and accidentally swiped on it wich immediately triggered the cancellation of my lease. An 'Are you sure you want to cancel your lease'-popup would be nice

This can also be used to inform about the new 3000 blocks unbonding period.
