Check if bridge wallet has ETH #207

Check if there's at least 0.2 ETH on https://etherscan.io/address/0xb950be3e471b3a6cf3a45fb341f2606a0b147b8f

If there's less than 0.2 ETH, display a warning when swapping mainnet to ERC20.

The bridge is low on ETH, it might not be able to process your transaction. Please do not use the bridge to swap from mainnet to ERC20 until this issue has been resolved
