Write tests for ED25519 and ECDSA #2

Include sodium as test dependency.

Generate keys with sodium and check if they match keys generated with seasalt.
Generate signatures with sodium and verify them with seasalt. And visa-versa.

Include web3j as test dependency

Generate keys with web3j and check if they match keys generated with seasalt.
Generate signatures with web3j and verify them with seasalt. And visa-versa.
