Powers duplication and similarity. #28

Powers duplication: (Trump/Changer)Reallocate - Atribute Maniulator and (Blaster/Master)SkillThief - Victor. Powers strange: (Tinker)ResearchAndDevelopment - InspiredInvector. Although the powers are different, the differences are almost incommensurable. Becouse it is not clear the cost of the charge compared to the study.

Reallocate and Attribute Manipulation are shard and shardless powers respectively, so I personally don't think it really matters if they are similar. Research And Development and Inspired Inventor are again shard and shardless, and you have to actually research and create stuff to advance using Research And Development, unlike Inspirea Inventor where you just receive charges, put them in a tree, and get the relevant knowledge. No comment on the skill thief one.

I meant to slightly correct the content (Reallocate - giving a more specific time-numeric limit) or add synergy as with the "System" due to similarity (almost identical). Aren't Research and Trials needed to advance the regular tinkertech as well?

Oh. I thought I was describing the problem(issues) point (give a link) to a more appropriate channel.
