manpage: slight improvement to -qq description #18

Thanks for the PR. Having looked at this carefully, I think the current grammar is correct (in an English sense), and is also consistent with elsewhere in the man page. I admit, it looks weird in the raw man format, but when it's rendered (with command underline), it reads OK to me?

Ah, it's not about the formatting—I was looking at the man page itself as formatted, just that I found "output speed of the terminal being used, rather than of command" somewhat off. I'm not a native speaker, so feel free to drop this.
