--help: remove -q from -b summary #24

In batch mode, -q must be specified per-command in the batch file.

Hmm. In retrospect, I tend to think -q should be global, but, since it isn't, I agree that documenting it is a good idea.

Agreed on both counts. I suppose there's no reason it couldn't be made to work both ways.
