Quickfill dialog on bulk entry does not work when 'first element code' is not default 1 #42

Change the default 'first element code' to non-default integer (such as 90), in the bulk entry "quickfill dialog". Change "Number of elements to create" to 10.

Complete dialog and hit "okay".

The bulk entry cells will only have one entry inserted, not 10, as requested.
