Allow pick list item renaming in ODK form builder #50

It would be nice to be able to rename list items (such as species names to common names) in the ODK form builder. The meaning of the items should stay the same but the presentation to the user should be able to change

Adding to this -- ODK form builder currently requires a default value for the Taxon drop-down list. That has the potential for users in the field to miss assigning a taxon (species) and the app will accept the default value. It would be better if the default is allowed to be blank (no automatic selection). This would force the user in the field to identify the taxon because the form will not save until this is done.
