User should be notified if `archive` is empty #6

When archive is run with no marked appointments, the user should be informed as such, which is the behaviour for the list command. The current behaviour may be confusing as nothing is shown.

Accepted but severity should be Very Low because this is a flaw that is purely cosmetic and does not affect usage of the archive function.
