Problem with intensity pro #65

Open S1ri0S opened 8 years ago

S1ri0S commented 8 years ago

Hi. I have an Intensity pro 4k on an intel i3 with linux mint 17.1 x64. I am trying to capture from HDMI input and export to .nut file but all I get is the screen with vertical color lines. When using media express i can see the capture just fine. This is what i use: ./bmdcapture -m 13 -C 0 -V 3 -A 2 -v -F nut -f test.nut

I am somewhat of a beginner in all this and would greatly appreciate some help.

Vertical color lines mean that the input is wrong please check you are using the right input.

Many thanks for the fast reply. When you say input do you mean there is something wrong with the command params? -C 0 is correct (I only have 1 capture card) and -m 11 is also correct since video input is 1080p59.94. HDMI cable is connected to hdmi out of a laptop on one side and to the hdmi in of my intensity pro on the other. Also in media express I can see the capture perfectly well. Thanx in advance

It is quite strange -V 3 is hdmi so it should be ok.

Hey Guys, got exactly the same problem. Any solution found ? With my Macbook it works just fine (i can capture with bmdcapture) but as soon as i connect my Lenovo notebook i can not (i checked all parameters). In media express everything is displayed good.

Okay Guys i probably found the soloutin. I haven´t had activated the "ycbcr-option" for my laptop. After activating, there were no more color lines for me. Maybe thats the problem as well for S1ri0S.

@S1ri0S is the problem still there for you?

I'm sorry for the lack of feedback on this, it completely fell off my mind. As it turns out mine was a hardware problem. Once i fixed it everything worked like a charm. Thanx a lot.
