Hi,
included is a pull request for luatex 0.87 specifically
\pdfoutput \pdfliteral \pdfpageresources no longer defined by default on the tex side and newtoken not defined on the lua side.
while there I updated to replace the dependency on luatexbase by nothing in current latex or ltluatex in plain or old latex.
For the color support it assumes the color.cfg and luatex.def from

before it will actually work with luatex 0.87 (otherwise color tries to load pdftex.def and things go very wrong as the \pdfxxx primitives are no longer defined.
