UltraLite Version #82

Need to create an Ultra-Lite Version having just the following features:
1. CREATE TABLE.
    No Triggers, No Views, No Alter-Tables, etc
2. SELECT/INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE data

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.6.23.  OS=WinXP

Please provide any additional information below.

Compiling with the following Conditional compilation symbols, reports errors:

1. SQLITE_OMIT_VIEW
2. SQLITE_OMIT_TRIGGER

Apply this diff to fix compilation issues when enabling the following. It will 
compile cleanly.

SQLITE_OMIT_VIEW
SQLITE_OMIT_TRIGGER
