If you close the browser window while downloading, you can't open a new one #103

Reported by wabisukenohana. This seems to affect all versions. The symptom
appears to be caused by a null browser object (see the JavaScript console
while trying to reopen the window).

Confirmed by test case.

When the download window is closed, however, you can reopen it. Also, if you
have
other browser windows open, you can also open more browsers; this only happens
when
the only open window is the download window.

Actually, it looks like *no* window can open if the download window is the only
window up -- I'm also unable to open the JavaScript console or mail-news.

Dropping also. *No* menu option responds when in this state, even ones that do
not
open windows, meaning the change is more low-level than simply altering the .js
for
the download window or the overlays.

Sakuya suggests another workaround: double click anything owned by MOZZ from the
Finder, such as a shortcut, etc. This will cause another window to be opened.
This is
useful to know, as maybe we can exploit this behaviour.
