problem with namespaces

[GoogleCodeExporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloading the binary release
2. Adding the references within the release
3. Trying to compile the code in quick-start cs 
(https://developers.google.com/drive/quickstart-cs)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The following namespaces are missing:
- DotNetOpenAuth.OAuth2
- Google.Apis.Authentication.OAuth2
- Google.Apis.Authentication.OAuth2.DotNetOpenAuth
- Google.Apis.Drive.v2
- Google.Apis.Drive.v2.Data

What is your operating system?
Windows 7
What is your IDE?
Microsoft Visual Studio 2010
What is the .NET framework version?
.NET 4.0
