rockspec added is non-root

As stated on the homepage:

"Register an account and upload a .rockspec to create a new module. If your module name is not taken it will be added to the root manifest."

It seems that "some" rockspecs have been added from the luarocks user.

How can I get ownership back without conflicting with lurocks?
