I've edited the LuaRocks GitHub site for "Unix installation" to name 3.1.3 as the current version, with a caveat sentence noting that "3.0.4 was the previous stable release".
While the code example was updated, the caveat sentence above was not: I've just fixed that.
However, the LuaRocks front page still uses "3.0.4" for "wget" in its "Getting Started" section. I believe that this should also be updated, as there are a non-trivial number of improvements, and few, if any, breaking changes between the 3.x releases.
