Public Key unavailable. #29

When trying to add the repositories for either the Debian Bullseye or Bookworm (both tried separately on their respective distros) installations I get this error

W: GPG error: https://luarvique.github.io/ppa/debian ./ InRelease: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY B64EADD5CB69C981 E: The repository 'https://luarvique.github.io/ppa/debian ./ InRelease' is not signed.

Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks!

You are the only one experiencing this issue which indicates that you are likely doing something wrong.

I fully admit to being a Linux idiot. If following the installation instructions explicitly results in this error, what would you suggest?

I suggest following installation instructions to the letter. The instructions do tell you to download and install public keys first.

I followed all the instructions I could find. Where in the instructions is that?

I figured it out. Debian does not ship with gnupg2 installed so I had to install that first, then your instructions worked. I would recommend adding that to the instructions to help other people who weren't raised on Linux.
