It would be nice if there was a manual mode setting so HA can completely control the behavior of the display.
Example: only one screen is shown at a time and it stays there until it is removed/replaced with another. If there are no screens displayed then the clock/date is rotated like normal. This gives the exact same functionality, but with complete control over the order and duration of each screen.
