Add prototype for translating UMLS IDs to QIDs #22
21 suggests translating the UMLS IDs recognized by SciSpacy to Wikidata QIDs, coincidentally I was thinking the same thing and sketched a simple prototype to do just that.
The prototype is intended to run inside google colab, or at the very least a machine more powerful than the one I have, since it takes a lot of RAM to load the entity linking model.
