Would anyone be interested to help contribute to additional mapping efforts in Biomappings between CL, CLO, BTO, Cellosaurus, DepMap, CCLE, etc. and write a short abstract describing the overlaps / novelties between them?
I could also imagine including a mini-review about the existing (easily accessible/mainstream) cell and cell line resources and what properties they have (e.g., assign identifiers, assign labels, have descriptions, have synonyms, have first party xrefs, etc.) (edited)

that’s great. do you think you could prepare a list of all of the simple relation types we might find between these ontologies (exact match, derives from, etc.) that would be relevant? maybe we find later that first attempt of lexical matching leads to curations exact matches where a different type might be better. Maybe we can infer these by the parent type (cell vs. cell line)
