Connect information about drug manufacturing to Wikidata #70

1 - Build mix'n'match dict for https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P3640 based on data available at OpenFDA (https://open.fda.gov/)

2 - Extract NDC to name dictionary from the "human drug label" json dumps (https://open.fda.gov/data/downloads/)

3 - Reconcile manufacturer names
