command line to re-lauch instance, to pull latest uptime-kuma image

I think it would be nicer if there is an option/command that helps re-deploy/re-lauch instance to pull the latest image. To me, i will move to directory contains the fly.toml and simply do fly deploy, it will get new version and pull latest uptime-kuma image 😁

This is a neat feature, Ill keep that in mind and get back to it later.
