on android with real keyboard, ` and ' keys are swapped #8

When using a physical keyboard, the '/" and `/~ keys are swapped.

I have seen this on both an Asus Transformer T300 and a Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 with BT keyboard.

The above is when using uea4all2, the keyboard mappings seem to be correct in uae4arm, which has also has working RTG and bsdsocket.library (networking), so I'm just going to use it instead.
