Feature request - Option to add a custom overlay / border when running in native 4:3 aspect ratio #10

It would be good if we could have the option to put a custom overlay file in the following file location on either internal or external storage (whichever you select in the "Device Configuration" menu, during loading. \Android\data\atua.anddev.uae4arm\files File name can be made specific in the code and the user just has to copy their customborder to that location for it to be loaded.

Example: File location: \Android\data\atua.anddev.uae4arm\files\customborder.png

Example border: (Credits to others for this overlay) customborder

File supported resolution would be 1920 x 1080.
