check that you have in the path only one version of libct.dll
if you can access Info tab page of the logon dialog,
check the path of the libct.dll there

Thanks for your reply. Could you which path I should check? I did a search for
libct.dll and found three libct.dll files which are all in unrelated folders.
Could you
also tell me which Info tab and logon diaglog are you referring to?
Sorry if I am asking for something obvious, I am a little new to this.

Normally, you should have only one installation of the sybase client.
And only one libct.dll should be in your path environtment variable.
One of the articles about environment variables:
http://vlaurie.com/computers2/Articles/environment.htm
--
You have to remove old sybase client installations, or put path to current
sybase
libraries at first position in your path environment variable.

I used the libct.dll file from the higher version to replace the older one in
system32, and I managed to launch the application successfully. However, when I
tried
to establish a connection, the server list under the connection tab is empty.
Can you
tell what I should do to find my server list? Under the Information tab, I have
Sybase: C:\sybase, and libct.dll: c:\windows\system32\libct.dll
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks!
