Permission Denied Encountered #46

i have tried everything on your script but while uploading image i encounter with permission denied. every permission is given already but still the same problem. i have given full control from folder properties still facing permission denied . i am using the latest xampp on windows 7 . would you please help me solving the problem . Thank you capture capture2

This is weird. I am able to upload images just fine. Check the size of the images how knows.
