permission role seeder fix #64

When running the php artisan migrate --seed command seeding would stop and an error would appear. Couldn't find class Permission_role

It will be great to immediately put it in master branch since without it newbie can not setup

@anantjain6 agree with you on this its hotfix which should land to master v1.0.2 is scheduled to be released in the next couple of days. Post that we will have better git-flow to handle hotfixes & changes.
