Included Elgato's Eve Homekit App Graphs #21

This should include graphs for current and target temperature when using Elgato's Eve app.

Note: You may need to restart the app to show to graphs and perhaps drag down to refresh with new data. Also, I've changed the accessory serials which only show when you remove and re-add the plugin to homekit (not sure if this is absolutely necessary)

Just tested, nice work! I can confirm that it's necessary to remove and re-add the evohome plugin to homebridge for the serial thing. If you don't do this it's showing all the same temperatures for all thermostats in Eve app graphs.

Just re-added the plugin and everything is working like a charm. Is there a regular update on the server side? As far as I can see (for now) the graphs are only populated if I request data via app/Siri.

Swiping down on the graphs should refresh them as well. Another PR is coming up in which updates should work automatically. There are fake values for valve and schedule for now, perhaps we can fill in real once soon...
