[FEATURE REQUEST] Support for 3 extruders in Web UI #212

Currently the Web UI only supports 2 extruders. Would it be possible to add support for a 3rd extruder? The 3rd extruder does show up in the Printer configuration, but there is no option to add it to the web UI in preferences.

the support of more than 2 extruders not part of mixed one is supported in webui 3.0, but it need esp3d 3.0 also
