[FEATURE REQUEST] Flow / Speed / Fan controls panel

need to be able to control

• Flow
• Speed
• Fan

Not every Fw allow to query status - but all allow to control - so need to be taken in account

• Fan:

  • Multiple fans will not be supported at the begining as this is edge case, if this is necessary feel free to push a PR and/or a Feature request to justify the need

  • command should be M106 S<speed> P<fan index>

  • setting will be % for all FW, not the 0 - 255 value

  • If the speed it unknown because 1 - the fw does not have query command (e.g: Marlin) / or the repport does not mention the value 2- the user did not set any value manually

    the % won't be displayed in information page , neither as output setting, just input

• FeedRate :

  • If the speed is unknown because 1 - the fw does not have query command / or the repport does not mention the value 2- the user did not set any value manually

    the % won't be displayed in information page , neither as output setting, just input the command is usually M220 S100, and response is FR:100%

• FlowRate :

  • should support multiple extruders

  • If the flow is unknown because 1 - the fw does not have query command / or the repport does not mention the value 2- the user did not set any value manually

    the % won't be displayed in information page , neither as output setting, just input the command is usually M221 S100 T0, and response is echo:E0 Flow: 100%
