Hello. After successfully connecting to the access point of the motherboard, the browser does not automatically open a window to download the file that controls the printer, but opens an empty window. Can you tell me what the problem is? How to reset to factory settings.

"yes. I am successfully connecting via Wi-Fi to the board. The manual says that after connecting to the board, when opening a browser to download a file that controls the printer, the browser will automatically open a window to download the file, but the browser opens an empty window.

type http://192.168.0.1?forcefallback=yes in your browser, if you are in client mode replace 192.168.0.1 by your IP Do a screenshot please
