[FEATURE REQUEST]Add better MKS / BTT TFT SD/USB support #348

This feature is already planned but better to track it

Currently only BTT TFT are supported in WebUI 3.0 when ESP is connected to TFT BTT and MKS use different way to list TFT SD card content / start print from TFT SD card

Need to add a setting to let user inform what TFT is connected to ESP: BTT or MKS Display a setting when TFT SD/USB is checked to let user to inform what is the targeted TFT brand Now the webUI API support it so need to add it and corresponding commands tftBrand
